Ms. Wandzia Grycz Rose is a highly successful management consultant and a Licensed Integrative Coach committed to helping organizations and individuals identify and remove barriers for the purpose of enhancing performance.

Wandzia has assisted government, education, and non-profit agencies with organizational effectiveness for over 25 years using her assessment, alignment and development skills. Having held key positions in large and medium-size public agencies as well as educational institutions, Wandzia is able to monitor behavioral dynamics, apply her knowledge of governance structures, and assist managers in identifying core issues and deficiences related to work performance in order to build new strategies and processes for stronger outcomes. Her expertise includes organizational development, training, and mentoring; strategic and tactical planning; privitization and outsourcing of operations and department re-organizations; disaster/emergency preparedness; project management; and information technology management including successful implementation of enterprise-wide technology.

Prior to establishing her own practice in 2006, Wandzia served as Assistant City Manager and Interim City Manager for the City of San Leandro, CA. As Assistant City Manager, she was responsible for Council policy development and decision-making support, organizational development and training, Annual Operating and Capital Improvement Program budget preparation and oversight, and managing all aspects of the City Clerk, Information Technology Services, Disaster Preparedness, Economic Development, Community Relations/PIO operations. Wandzia also served as the Information Services Manager for the City of Richmond, CA and the City of San Leandro, CA; Chief Information Officer for the City of San Jose, CA, and Deputy Director of Information Technology for the City of San Mateo, CA. In these capacities, she was responsible for technology governance, policy development, and procedures; technology strategic and annual investment planning, project management, deployment, and support for organization-wide as well as department-specific technology including desktop support, wide-area and local area networks, storage, security, office products (calendaring, email, etc.), phone service/telephony, radio communications, business applications, geographic information systems, and web services.

Wandzia is a Founding Member of Municipal Information Systems of California (MISAC) and is Past President of both the Statewide Board and the Northern California Chapter. She is also a Member of the San Leandro Leadership Founding Committee. She currently serves as Co-Director of Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and Greater Sacramento Valley Local Government Leadership Academies. Wandzia is an affiliate of DunkinWorks, Miller Management and Consulting Group and also serves on the Board of The Władysław Poniecki Charitable Foundation. She is a certified trainer in the Integrative Enneagram and Success Signals.
